Challenge
Students were assigned to create a poster promoting a cause that they felt passionate about.
Solution
Combining the graphic of a model’s leg with a bar graph, this “Icons for Equality” poster depicts the need for diversity in the fashion industry’s modeling scene. The blank spaces in the three legs reading, “Hispanic, Asian, and Black” indicate that there is room for more models of color to be represented in the fashion industry.
