Challenge
Each student chose a historic typographer and was challenged to create a poster showcasing a certain typeface created by them. The poster must include a specimen study and a short essay about the typographer.
Solution
I chose the typeface Bodoni, created by Italian typographer Giambattista Bodoni in 1798. I love this transitional serif typeface because it’s very classic and timeless. I chose it because it is often used in fashion editorial magazines.
